Delivery or Pick Up

Orders will be dispatched within 10 business days after it has been received. Business days are “Monday-Friday” and does not include holidays and weekends. Orders placed on weekends will begin processing the following Monday. A confirmation email will be sent to customers once the order has been completed and is ready to be dispatched. 

•Kingston and Portmore order are delivered by bearer services. Contact is done by bearer before delivery attempt is made.  

Standard Ground Shipping via Zip Mail: $400.00 Flat Rate

Priority Shipping via Bearer Service: $700.00 Flat Rate


Returns or Pick Ups at local Post Office

Guidelines for sending Zip Mail items:
  1. Present a valid Government issued ID.
  2. Full name, address, telephone number, email address if available of both the sender and addressee.
  • Guidelines for receiving Zip Mail items:
  1. Present a valid Government issued ID.



Our international shipping zones are USA, Canada, Asia, and Europe. Customers outside of these zones can have their order ship to a freight forwarder who will in turn deliver it to them.

International orders are posted from the Jamaica Post. Tracking information is provided. Package should arrive within the stipulated time-frame selected at checkout and will require to be signed for upon delivery. 



We are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout and cannot change the address after order has been shipped.
If any package gets returned to us by the carrier, a reshipping fee will be required from the customer in order for us to reship the package. This applies for any of the following:

•Packages that the carrier was unable to deliver due to insufficient address
•Customer missed delivery attempts
•Customer failed to pick up package from the carriers access point or post office after delivery was missed. 

*During holidays, shipments may be delayed slightly due to high order volumes.



Products are shipped from Jamaica. If you are ordering from outside of the United States, your order MAY be subject to customs and import duties. Sunkissed Treats has no control over these charges and we can't tell you if there will be a charge or what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Any additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the customer. Sunkissed treats does not reimburse international duties and/or taxes. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Customers are advised to contact their local custom office for more information regarding international duties and taxes.

Sunkissed Treats is not liable for any shipping delays, losses or goods damaged in the course of shipping. We strongly value quality control and have made all possible efforts to ensure that the goods sent are in perfect condition.
